Independent Review into workplace culture at Perfection Fresh Australia

Elizabeth Broderick & Co (EB&Co) is conducting a comprehensive independent review (the Review) of workplace culture at Perfection Fresh Australian operations.

The Review will look to see if there is a need for Perfection Fresh to strengthen the frameworks around preventing and responding to inappropriate behaviour in the workplace, including their policies, procedures, training and reporting processes.

The Review will seek to understand the lived experience of staff working at Perfection Fresh and identify what is working well, areas for improvement, and actions that Perfection Fresh can take to promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace, where all people are empowered to speak up if they see or experience harmful behaviour.

Details on how to participate to contribute to the Review are detailed below.

The Review team will provide the Perfection Fresh Australia Board with a report in September 2024 which will contain key findings and recommendations.

Have your say

EB&Co encourages people who are currently working in Perfection Fresh workplaces to share their experiences with the Review through a confidential one-on-one interview, a small group listening session, a written submission, or via an online survey.

The Review team will not be investigating, nor making findings, about any individual allegations of bullying, sexual harassment, racism, and psychological safety as part of the Review.

All information provided to the Review will be treated in the strictest confidence and securely stored.

Bookings for interviews are now closed.

Bookings for group listening sessions are now closed.

The survey is strictly confidential.

The results of the survey will be included in the final report of the Review.
