Confidential one-on-one (1:1) listening sessions

A member of the EB&Co Review Team will be conducting confidential one-on-one (1:1) listening sessions via video conference, phone, and in-person at some locations. These listening sessions are an opportunity for us to hear your experiences and observations of Queensland Health’s workplace culture. Listening session numbers are limited and will be arranged on a first come first serve basis.

EB&Co are interested in hearing about both positive and negative experiences.

We are also keen to hear from you about any suggestions for change you may have.

The booking form includes a number of demographic questions, such as your job description, gender, cultural background, and whether you have a disability. This information will only be seen by members of the Review Team and will help us monitor our reach across the Queensland Health workforce.

Please read our Privacy Policy and Collection Notice before completing your booking.

Video conference/Phone

If you choose to contribute to the Review by participating in a confidential one-on-one (1:1) listening session, EB&Co will ask you questions about:

  • the culture of your workplace as it relates to sexual safety and wellbeing;
  • the risk factors contributing to breaches of sexual safety and wellbeing;
  • your awareness of relevant policies, practices, processes and supports; and
  • your experience of positive culture and leadership, and what works well in your organisation.
