EB&Co will be conducting confidential interviews via phone, video conference, and in-person.

Phone/video conference

Interviews with an EB&Co team member via phone/video conference will take place for all staff from 1 July – 9 August 2024, and will be arranged on a first come first serve basis.

In-person

Interviews with an EB&Co team member in-person will take place at the Perth and Sydney offices, and will be arranged on a first come first serve basis.

Perth office (15 – 16 July 2024)

Interviews for Clifford Chance staff in the Perth office will take place the week of 15 July. Bookings can be made here.

Sydney office (30 – 31 July 2024)

Interviews for Clifford Chance staff in the Sydney office will take place the week of 29 July. Bookings can be made here.

Interview participants can bring a support person to the interview.

Written notes will be taken by the Review team.

If you choose to contribute to the Review by participating in an interview, EB&Co will ask you questions about:

  • the workplace culture of Clifford Chance;
  • the risk factors contributing to psychological safety, respect, and harmful behaviours, including sexual harassment, bullying, racism, and other forms of discrimination at Clifford Chance;
  • your awareness of relevant policies, practices, processes, and supports.
